PDSA/ Quality Improvement
To ensure effective delivery of group/individual/remote sessions, PDSA sessions will be conducted. HAs of each district will form groups to discuss virtually regarding the delivery of group and individual sessions. DHOs, as the supervisors, will facilitate the session and guide the PDSA process. The HAs will also interact/communicate through the chat platform regarding project delivery. The app will provide opportunity to carry out constructive discussions which will enable them improving the quality of their delivery.

Sharing of Information related to child care and protection services
HAs will provide information to families experiencing issues around childcare and protection to enable families to seek required support.

For the Caregivers:
The app contains activities for child development, adapted according to each child’s age, material available, the caregiver’s learning objectives, and children’s developmental delays. It also provides positive parenting ideas and caregiver wellbeing tips. The purpose of this app is to help caregivers (mothers, fathers and siblings) integrate developmentally stimulating activities in everyday chores, covering all developmental domains. Caregivers can select their activity and build their journey. They will be able to record their observations of their children’s progress through the stages and notice improvements. They will also be able to self-reflect on their own parenting practices and learning through pre- and post-tests and in their observation journal.
